Laborer

The construction laborer is required to report to the site supervisor each day for assignment. Assignments can, and often do, consist of physical labor for long periods of time. Such tasks may include a variety of work including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning and disposing of materials on construction sites;
  • Transporting, loading and unloading different materials to the places they are required to be placed.
  • Carrying out the repair of damaged structure by using tools both to build and deconstruct buildings.
  • General installation duties
  • Assisting other site personnel as directed
  • Operating equipment as assigned and trained (including pre-use checklists)
  • Can expect to be on one’s feet all day

Pay dependent on applicant’s experience.
